- The hoops on my jacket were loose, one actually broke completely, within 2 months of wearing it sparingly. The manager at the location I purchased the jacket expedited the repair within a week and got it fixed.

- Does not look deflated, worn at all after having it for almost half a year
- Feels sturdy on the body

- I live in Toronto, and this winter has been longer than usual. What is more practical than a medium length jacket?
- Fur is removable
- It keeps the internal temperature warm, but doesn’t overheat

- The shape and the style of the jacket is very lady like. Even if you’re wearing leggings, or joggers, this jacket will up your outfit by a lot.
- The back of the jacket puffs up a bit, which is ideal for windy days.
- Free dry clean for the first year!

To be honest, I was quite disappointed when the whole button issue happened in the beginning of my purchase. I had high expectations for Moncler, and obviously, for what I paid. The superb customer service really won my heart back. After wearing it almost every day for the past 4 months, I’m getting a good feel about the quality besides the faulty button hoops, and I see why some people go crazy for their pieces. This will definitely not be my last Moncler piece, as I already have my eyes on some other items they carry.
